Exciting news! Congress passed and President Obama recently signed a NEW HomeBuyer Tax Credit bill. The modifications include not only an extension of the $8,000 tax credit for First Time Homebuyers (defined as not owning a home for the past three (3) years, but this new bill also includes a $6,500 tax credit incentive for people who have lived in their homes for five (5) years and are now Moving Up, Moving Down, or Moving anywhere in the United States!
In all my career as a REALTOR, I have NEVER seen a better time to buy!
